ETA Participates in a Dialogue “Illuminating Africa: No Longer the Dark Continent”
ETA participated in a dialogue “Illuminating Africa: No Longer the Dark Continent” at the Louis Leakey Auditorium at the Nairobi National Museum, Museum Hill on 15 May 2012. ETA discussed project ideas with solar lantern suppliers and a representative of Lighting Africa, which is a joint program between IFC (International Finance Corporation) and World Bank. Learn more>>

ETA Participates in a UNEP Sponsored Climate Change Event
UN Environment Programme invited ETA to observe the Climate Change and Development – Adapting by REducing Vulnerability (CC DARE) Initiative from 2 to 5 April 2012. This event was a joint activity between UN Environment Programme and UN Development Programme and aimed to share lessons learned in Africa on climate change adaptation. Climate change adaptation projects in more than ten sub-Saharan countries were presented and further necessary actions in Africa were discussed. Learn more>>
