Bi-monthly Meetings and Annual General Meeting of WASPA
On 4 May, 6 July, 14 September and 16 November 2018: On behalf of ETA’s client, Wellthy Corporation, ETA’s director and/or staff participated regularly at bi-monthly meetings and the annual general meeting of Kenyan Water Services Providers Association (WASPA) in Laikipia, Kisumu, Mombasa and Murang’a County. ETA investigated project opportunities with water service providers and water services boards as well as promoted its client’s membrane water treatment technology to the participants at this event.
Investment Forum for Climate & Clean Energy Financing
On 31 May 2018: With an operational interest in small hydro power project development in East Africa, ETA’s staff participated in an investment forum for Climate & Clean Energy Financing (SPICCEF-2). It was held by Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN) and hosted by Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP) and United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).
Kenya Water Summit in Naivasha
On 1-2 March: ETA’s staff participated in Kenya Water Summit in Naivasha organized by the Ministry of Water and Sanitation, Council of Governors and Kenyan Water Services Providers Association (WASPA). ETA exchanged views on water policy development of Kenya with senior officials of the Ministry of Water and Sanitation and Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) among other stakeholders.
Bi-monthly Meeting of WASPA in Ukunda
On 26 January 2018: On behalf of ETA’s client, Wellthy Corporation, ETA’s staff attended a bi-monthly meeting of Kenyan Water Services Providers Association (WASPA) in Ukunda Town, Kwale County. ETA investigated project opportunities with various water service providers and promoted its client’s technology to dozens of water service providers at this event.
