JOGMEC_Seminar in Nairobi
(Nairobi, Kenya. June): ETA attended a seminar which was held at Crowne Plaza in Nairobi and hosted by JOGMEC (Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation), the Ministry of Economic, Trade and Industry of Japan and the Ministry of Mining Kenya. This seminar was about the application of remote sensing technology in the field of natural resource assessment and mapping.

Event for Mombasa Special Economic Zone
(Nairobi, Kenya. April): ETA’s director was invited to an event of a public-private business mission from Japan to Kenya for the planned Mombasa Special Economic Zone, which was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government of Japan. At this occasion, he discussed various business opportunities with Kenyan and Japanese stakeholders, but also with other participants from France, India and United Kingdom.
